Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. We aim to be courteous and fair with our chosen cancellation policy. Please return the courtesy and let us know about schedule changes as soon as you are able. 

Pet Sitting

  • If you need to cancel any time before your booking, we will add a credit to your account for the total amount of your booking. You may use this credit for future bookings within one year from the time of cancellation.
  • If more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, please feel free to cancel using our online system or by calling. We cannot accept cancellations via text message. 
  • If less than 24 hours before the start of your pet-sitting services, the online system will automatically prevent you from canceling. Please call us directly. We cannot accept cancellations via text message.
  • If your sitter is already at your home or en route to your home, we will need to charge for the visit.

 

Dog Walking

  • Our dog walking cancellation policy is also very flexible. You may cancel a visit any time before the scheduled booking. If you need to cancel a visit, we will add the total amount as a credit for any future visits. You may use the credit within one year of your canceled booking. 
  • If you need to cancel a visit within 24 hours, calling us will work best. You will get an email notification when your walk has been canceled and the credit will be added to your account. If your sitter is already at your home or en route to your home, we will need to charge for the visit.
